Finished in the fall of 2017, this beach home is a little piece of heaven on earth! Located on a quiet street just steps from the sound and blocks from the Gulf, and tastefully decorated in pastel beach colors, you will find this a haven of serenity for your family! With 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths and a queen sleeper sofa, 8 will sleep very comfortably. With loads of outside decking, you can sun by day and enjoy the sunsets by evening. Newly built on pilings, there's ample parking underneath and there's always a nice breeze and refuge from the sun if you want to grill out and eat downstairs. There is a gas grill provided.
A spacious and fully stocked kitchen (including Keurig coffeemaker) with granite countertops provides plenty of room for cooking and dining with friends and family. The living area features a 50" flat screen TV and Blu-ray player and free WIFI. All bedrooms have TV's. There is a full size washer and dryer in a hallway closet and 2 full baths with plenty of towels. Beach towels and chairs are also provided.
The Master bedroom features a king-sized bed with decking along the outside. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed and bedroom #3 has 2 twin beds. There are spacious closets and luggage racks in each room.
We prefer to rent weekly in the summer, but will consider shorter stays. Available SEPTEMBER -FEBRUARY $2400/month.
You must be 25 years old to rent. Our home is located on a quiet street with children living nearby. If you are looking for a place to party loudly, this may not be the place for you.
